New Member To Fam

This is my brother-in-laws new baby girl born May 25th.

She looks so much like my youngest daughter, Stacy it's uncanny!

Her mommy and daddy are missionaries in Russia.

She looks like a very sweet baby.

Actually, I went to the store for coffee creamer but seeing it wasn't on sale I drifted towards the garden dept.

Lots of nice plants still and it's almost mid June. I decided on some red petunias and verbena. Got a nice big bag of potting soil also.

My front flower bed is red/wht/blue this year. I have a wind sock in usa flag pattern out there and various other items in one of those colors.

As I planted my new purchases when I arrived home, a light sprinkling of rain tickled my back and arms. It was so sweet smelling of pine and fresh soil.....just delightful!

Funny cat.......

when he got home he really was lovey....I had to hold him and talk and pet him even though he was absolutely filthy from head to tail tip! Funny though, his feet smelled of juniper and pine. Moreesimo is very vocal and hates it when I'm outside. He feels he can't leave if I'm outside.....nice to have someone caring that much.....even if it is a feline.

My Rhodie

is doing great this year. I'm getting better at not butchering it in the fall. If you cut too much dead wood off it hinders the new growth and blooms.
